* Collaborate with design, engineering, and program management to drive prioritization and effective feature development in an agile development environment.
* Drive strategy and vision for a mobile-ready SaaS product, which delivers end-to-end solutions to our clients.
* Define an outcome-driven, measurable product roadmap by prioritizing company mission, market trends, client requirements, and data and engineering constraints, spanning from smaller features to platform needs.
* Maintain a well prioritized backlog that balances meeting our client’s immediate needs and the development of scalable technology to maximize long-term growth.

* Collaborate with design, engineering, and program management to drive prioritization and effective feature development in an agile development environment.

* Experienced 5+ product manager, with experience in a high-growth B2B technology/software company.
* Experience working in agile / scrum teams with engineering to ship features and products.
* Experience as a leader with proven ability to collaborate and influence others in a highly cross-matrixed environment.
* Experience working in the healthcare space a plus.
* Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to bring clarity to complexity and communicate customer needs, architectural requirements, and product goals across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of work experience required.
* 7 - 10 years of customer support/operations and proven demonstrable track record of success.
* Exceptional organization, time management & interpersonal skills.
