* Direct functional and technical Onboarding activities for net new clients as well as functional and technical consulting post Go-Live of the Gravity Care hosting platform.
* Provide product training to customer and Coordinate with the customer on User Acceptance Training.
* Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
* Providing timely, relevant and accurate information to enable effective decision making at all levels.

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of work experience required.
* 7 - 10 years of contact center/BPO experience.
* Proven demonstrable track record of success.
* Experience with interacting and influencing clients’ outcomes.
* Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including presentation, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple deliverable and ad hoc requests.

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of work experience required.
