* Direct functional and technical Onboarding activities for net new clients as well as functional and technical consulting post Go-Live of the Gravity Care In-App Messaging Platform.
* Provide product training to customer and Coordinate with the customer on User Acceptance Training.
* Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
* Providing timely, relevant and accurate information to enable effective decision making at all levels.
